Prasat Hin Sa Kamphaeng Noi is located in Wat Sa Kamphaeng Noi. It is assumed to have been built around the 18th Buddhist century. It has Khmer style construction art. It is a single prang made of laterite in a rectangular shape with recessed corners. It is considered an Arokayasala or hospital during the reign of King Jayavarman VII of the ancient Khmer Empire.


In addition, inside Prasat Srakamphaeng Noi, there is also Sa Anodat, a sacred well used to make holy water in important ceremonies in Sisaket Province. It is also one of the sacred water sources used in the coronation ceremony, in the ritual ceremony of scooping holy water.
